What is the return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 4 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, you must contact us first (via the contact form or email provided on this site). We will then send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Perishable/Custom items (food, personalized orders, etc.).
- Personal care goods (beauty products).
- Hazardous materials.
- Sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For the fastest service, return the unwanted item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please contact us.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, certain purchases are considered final sale and are non-returnable. This includes: all discounted/sale items, gift cards, and specific categories like perishable goods, personal care items, custom or personalized products, and hazardous materials. If an item is final sale, it will be clearly noted in its product description.
When will I get my order?
